We charge €900 + VAT for a full-service engagement that covers every step shown above. On average, the process takes 5 to 6 months — some close in one, others take longer — but our commitment is always to get you to the finish line.

A second fee is paid at closing — by the selling agent, for introducing the buyer. You pay nothing more.
